ASSISTANT STATISTICAL OFFICER EXAM 2023
PAPER 1
(meant for Assistant Statistical Officer Total 100 marks- 100 questions)
GENERAL APTITUDE (15 Marks) : General questions covering Hindi and English language, GK, Current Affairs, Numerical aptitude. History, Geography, Economics, Political Science etc. about Chhattisgarh.
MATHEMATICS (15 Marks): Algebra, differential and integral calculus, coordinate geometry of two dimension, Numerical methods.
GENERAL STATISTIC (20 Marks): STATISTICS Central Tendency, Simple problem in probability, conditional probability, Binomial distribution, Simple problem in correlation and regression.
STATISTICS (50 Marks): Partial correlation, Bays theorem (conditional probability). Normal, Chi square, t and F distributions, Simple non parametric test, point and interval estimation, Simple Random sampling-with and without replacement, systematic sampling (PPSWOR), Numerical Mathematical Analysis- Newton forward and backward interpolation, Lagranges interpolation, Ratio estimate, Bioinformatics, Demography, Statistical method for life Sciences, Statistical Ecology.
